The Rock Knows His Role In ‘WWE 2K18,’ And Now So Do We


Video game company 2K is in full promotional gear ahead of WWE 2K18‘s release. We know about the John Cena special edition, and 47 of the Superstars you’ll be able to play as after the game’s release on October 17th. Early Friday, 2K announced that the in-game soundtrack was executive produced by none other than former WWE World Champion Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.

Senior Vice President and General Manager WWE Music Group Neil Lawi said it was an inspirational experience working with Johnson, and they’re thrilled he could “bring his diverse selection to our fans around the world.” ‘Diverse’ is definitely a word you could use.

WWE 2K18 carries a T rating, so it’s interesting to see someone with lyrics like Eazy-E (rated E for Eazy, obviously) alongside uninspired choices like Boston and Disturbed. You know, unless there’s a downloadable content pack that makes any WWE Superstar make the noise from Down With The Sickness at will.

Kid draws a hilarious family portrait, featuring his mother on her period

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all. SEE ALSO: James Corden tests out gymnastics class for his son and is instantly showed up by children "I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that my 5 year old son knows this," Rohleder wrote.  "Julian drew a family portrait. I said 'What's that red bit on me?' And he replied, real casual, 'That's your period.'"  Well, at least he knows. To give further context, Rohleder revealed she had pulmonary embolism in October 2016, and was put on blood thinning treatment which makes her periods "very, very bad," she explained to the Daily Mail .
