Slidin’ & Glidin’! Ken Block Invades The Desert In ‘Terrakhana’

Known for his incredible talents behind the wheel, Ken Block returns to the interwebs with something worth checking out. Today we get our first look at ‘Terrakhana,’ the latest video from Ken Block that finds him taking his ‘Gymkhana’ talents to the desert. Last time we saw Ken displaying his skills, he did so in an intense industrial park setting, while this time he hits the rugged terrain of the desert for something death-defying and eye-catching.

This time around we find Ken Block showing out in Gymkhana Eight‘s Ford Fiesta RX43, putting 600 hp of power in the deserts of Swing Arm City, Utah. Ken spoke to Top Gear, stating: “It is basically taking that driving style that I do in the Gymkhana videos and applying it in other unique situations. This new one (‘Terra’ meaning earth)… we’re doing it in a unique dirt-type situation. I’ve always wanted to take that driving style and do different things with it.” Check out the video below and speak your thoughts on it after the jump. Kid draws a hilarious family portrait, featuring his mother on her period

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all. SEE ALSO: James Corden tests out gymnastics class for his son and is instantly showed up by children "I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that my 5 year old son knows this," Rohleder wrote.  "Julian drew a family portrait. I said 'What's that red bit on me?' And he replied, real casual, 'That's your period.'"  Well, at least he knows. To give further context, Rohleder revealed she had pulmonary embolism in October 2016, and was put on blood thinning treatment which makes her periods "very, very bad," she explained to the Daily Mail .
