Sports fans finally have a streaming TV bundle (but you'd better like soccer)

That's how David Gandler has taken FuboTV, in the span of a few years, from streaming tape-delayed German soccer to offering one of the most complete—and sports-heavy—streaming TV packages available.

It's particularly impressive considering FuboTV is the only independent service not run by a major media company like YouTube, Hulu, or DirecTV. Or, as one of his angel investors put it, FuboTV is like a kite dancing in the hurricane (yea, it's a James Bond Skyfall quote).

"You've got big media companies that have big egos," said Gandler, CEO and one of FuboTV's three cofounders. "In many cases, you have distributors that want to undercut you with every opportunity and have deep pockets, so it just makes for a very complicated business." Read more...

Kid draws a hilarious family portrait, featuring his mother on her period

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all. SEE ALSO: James Corden tests out gymnastics class for his son and is instantly showed up by children "I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that my 5 year old son knows this," Rohleder wrote.  "Julian drew a family portrait. I said 'What's that red bit on me?' And he replied, real casual, 'That's your period.'"  Well, at least he knows. To give further context, Rohleder revealed she had pulmonary embolism in October 2016, and was put on blood thinning treatment which makes her periods "very, very bad," she explained to the Daily Mail .
