Game Time! The SNES Classic Edition

The good folks over at Nintendo are back at it, again looking to change our gaming experience. Today Nintendo returns with an official release date for the highly anticipated The SNES Classic Edition, a follow-up to the NES Classic edition. This sleek and eye-catching design comes rocking 21 pre-installed games, letting you enjoy some of the best and biggest titles from the past.

Speaking of the design, Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing stated: “While many people from around the world consider the Super NES to be one of the greatest video game systems ever made, many of our younger fans never had a chance to play it.” Mr. Bowser went on to add “With the Super NES Classic Edition, new fans will be introduced to some of the best Nintendo games of all time, while longtime fans can relive some of their favorite retro classics with family and friends.” The console features pre-installed game such as Contra III: The Alien Wars, Donkey Kong Country, EarthBound, Final Fantasy III, F-ZERO, Kirby Super Star, Kirby’s Dream Course, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Mega Man X, Secret of Mana, Star Fox, Star Fox 2, Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting and many more. The device comes retailing for $79.99 USD and features one HDMI cable, one USB charging cable with AC adapter and two wired Super NES Classic Controllers. Look for the design to launch on September 29th!

Kid draws a hilarious family portrait, featuring his mother on her period

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all. SEE ALSO: James Corden tests out gymnastics class for his son and is instantly showed up by children "I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that my 5 year old son knows this," Rohleder wrote.  "Julian drew a family portrait. I said 'What's that red bit on me?' And he replied, real casual, 'That's your period.'"  Well, at least he knows. To give further context, Rohleder revealed she had pulmonary embolism in October 2016, and was put on blood thinning treatment which makes her periods "very, very bad," she explained to the Daily Mail .
