Sister Confirms Google Exec's Death On Mount Everest Using His Instagram Account

Dan Fredinburg was one of at least 10 climbers and guides killed after a massive earthquake in Nepal triggered an avalanche on the world’s tallest mountain.

The sister of one of the climbers killed on Mt. Everest following a massive earthquake in Nepal announced his death with a heartbreaking Instagram post.

Dan Fredinburg's sister Megan posted the photo announcing his death to his own Instagram account, saying "this morning our Dan suffered from a major head injury and didn't make it."

She added, "All our love and thanks to those who shared this life with our favorite hilarious strong willed man. He was and is everything to us."

Fredinburg, who was an executive at Google, described himself as an "adventurer." He had been chronicling his Everest climb on his Instagram account.

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all. SEE ALSO: James Corden tests out gymnastics class for his son and is instantly showed up by children "I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that my 5 year old son knows this," Rohleder wrote.  "Julian drew a family portrait. I said 'What's that red bit on me?' And he replied, real casual, 'That's your period.'"  Well, at least he knows.
